Written for humans. If anything below feels slippery, email us and we'll clarify. We'd rather fix a confusing line than argue about it later.
The AEO Full Audit Report ($497) is a one-time analysis of the website URL you submit at checkout. You get:
It's yours. Share it with your developer, your team, your agency — whoever's going to implement the fixes.
We promise the audit will be honest, specific, and based on how AI search engines actually evaluate your site today.
We don't promise traffic jumps, search rankings, revenue lift, or guaranteed AI citations. Nobody selling an audit can honestly promise those — too many variables outside our control (algorithms change, competitors move, your content matters too). Anyone who promises you ranking outcomes is lying. We won't.
What we deliver is the diagnosis and the roadmap. Acting on it is on you (or your developer).
Only submit a site you own or have permission to audit. We crawl public pages only — we never touch login-walled content, databases, or private systems. If we detect automation blockers (Cloudflare challenges, robots.txt disallows), we respect them.
The Full Audit Report is a custom digital deliverable. Once we've crawled your site and generated your report, the work is done and the value is transferred — there's no "returning" analysis. So we do not offer refunds.
That said, here's what you actually get instead of a refund promise:
The short version: we'd rather you walk away happy than collect a bad review. Tell us when something's off.
You paid for it — it's yours. Share it with your developer, your agency, your team. The only thing you can't do is resell or republish it as though you produced it, because that's not what you bought.
We collect your email at checkout to deliver the report and send service messages. We don't sell your data. The website content we analyze (your public HTML, metadata, performance metrics) is used only to generate your report. Full details: privacy policy.
By buying a report, you agree to receive that report plus occasional service updates by email. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages any time — reply "unsubscribe" to any email from us and you're off the list immediately.
If something goes wrong and you have a legal claim against us, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We're not liable for indirect damages — lost profits, lost data, business interruption, things like that. We're a small business; we can't insure against the whole world.
We may update these terms as the business evolves. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new version. We'll never retroactively change terms for work you've already paid for.
Real people answer that email. Usually within a day.
If your $497 paid AEO audit returns fewer than 5 specific actionable fixes, we refund every dollar — no questions, no hoops, no time limit on requesting it. The audit refuses to run on sites we cannot fully crawl, so the rare cases where we'd hit the refund threshold are caught upfront, not after payment.
You do. The Fix Manifest, schema blocks, and recommendations are yours to use, modify, share with developers, or hand to another agency. We retain anonymized aggregate data for our research corpus (industry averages, common-issue rates) but never publish anything tied to a specific client without written permission.
Yes, anytime. No cancellation fee, no notice period, no minimum term. Cancel before the next monthly billing cycle and you won't be charged again. You keep access to all the audit reports we've delivered up to that point.
No. Payment processing runs through Stripe; we never see, store, or have access to your card details. Stripe's privacy policy covers payment data.
Every fix in the report is a standards-based recommendation aligned with Schema.org, Google's documented guidelines, and published AI-search research. We don't recommend gray-hat tactics. That said, if a search engine ever penalizes your site for implementing a Cited Digital recommendation, we'll work with you to identify and reverse the cause at no additional charge.
No. We never sell, sublicense, or share individual client audit data with third parties.
